Yuta Ishikawa was born in 1983. In 2006, he is graduate from
Obirin University in Japan (department “performing art”). In
parallel of his studies, he makes his beginnings in the theatre,
through two projects including one with the director Barry Hall.
He begins his dance career in 2005, by creating his own choreographies
within the collective e.g. MILK, with which he did not cease
collaborating and of which he is the director today. His universe
and his dance are from the start and will remain contemporary.
In 2006, he integrates the Noism company directed by choreographer
Jo Kanamori. He thus has the occasion to occur through Japan
and Europe. From 2007, he also works with the choreographer Chie
Ito and enters in his Company “Strange Kinoko”. He takes part
punctually in projects for other Japanese choreographers such
as Kuniko Kisanuki, Shintaro Oue, Kelkinoko
