Born in Barcelona, Anna Rodriguez follows the programme of ballet dancing and contemporary of the Institute del Teatre of Barcelona of 1970 to 1980. In 1980 she integrates the Mudra school of Maurice Béjart in Brussels. Arrival in France at the end of 1982, she dances all the repertory of the company Maguy Marin until 1987. Thereafter, she becomes interpreter near various companies: Claude Brumachon, Karin Vyncke, Domenica Rebaud, Rachel Mateis, Robert Seyfried, Mathilde Monnier and Jean Gaudin. She collaborates near the Company Man Drake/Tomeù Verges of 1992 to 2002. She dances with musicians improvisers: Yves Robert and Claude Tchamitchian. She becomes accomplice to creation for the directors: Jean-Luc Annaix, Francoise Coupat, Lionel Spycher and Claire Lasne. Parallel to her career of interpreter, she teaches in the National Center of Contemporary Dance of Angers and École Jo Bihtume in Angers, the Centre National de la Danse, the Ménagerie de Verre in Paris, the Centre Chorégraphique National in Roubaix, the Centre National des Arts de Cirque in Châlons-en-Champagne, le Centre Dramatique Poitou-Charentes in Poitiers as in Spain: Company Ramon Oller - Barcelona, Conservatorio de Danza Andaluz - Sevilla, Koldo Mitxelena Kulturunea - San Sebastian. Since 2003, Anna Rodriguez is an interpreter of the Company Samuel Mathieu in particular in `Dépression dans la Cuisine' and the `Duo 2'.
